ECOFIRE FC P+ boilers are new standards in the class of pellet-burning boilers. The use of the automatic FLAME CONTROL combustion control system and a mechanism for cleaning the exchanger and the furnace allows for achieving the highest combustion efficiency. The ECOFIRE FC P+ boiler is designed to have a long service life and low operating costs. The ECOVARM company has been producing pellet boilers and burners under the ECOFIRE brand for over 18 years.

Economy

The ECOFIRE PE+ FLAME CONTROL pellet boiler starts automatically and, depending on the heat demand, one of 6 power levels is switched. The screw feeder feeds the appropriate amount of fuel into the combustion chamber depending on the demand, the ceramic glow element ignites the pellet, then the combustion process takes place as a function of the temperature in the furnace. Thanks to the built-in measurement probe, it is possible to precisely control the pellet dose, which allows for achieving very high efficiency. It is also very important to keep the boiler exchanger clean, which is why it is designed in such a way as to eliminate the need to frequently clean the inside of the water jacket. The cleaning mechanism used allows you to remove dirt by manually pulling the lever on the boiler housing or automatically – without user intervention.

Comfort

Thanks to the automation of the ignition processes, fuel feed regulation, heat exchanger cleaning, furnace cleaning and ash removal, the operation of pellet boilers is extremely simple. The cleaning mechanism used allows you to remove contaminants manually – by pulling the lever on the boiler casing, or automatically – without user intervention. Thanks to the use of pneumatic cleaning of the grate, pellet combustion is very efficient. The Ecofire FC P+ pellet boiler has an automatic ignition system with a ceramic glow element and an optical flame detection sensor. The cleaning of the furnace and the exchanger cleaning mechanism is activated manually or automatically, depending on the option. The standard FLAME CONTROL regulator has a weather module with control of one heating circuit and the possibility of expansion with more circuits. It also controls the loading of the hot water tank and buffer tank. Optionally, the boiler can be equipped with an automatic ash removal system that removes ash from the inside of the boiler to an attached container.

Ecology

ECOFIRE PE+ boilers have been tested and certified by the IChPW Institute in Zabrze and have achieved excellent results. The boilers achieve efficiency of over 91% and 94%, which places them in the highest 5th emission class.

Security

Fast and economical ignition thanks to the ceramic igniter eliminates the risk of exhaust gas accumulation in the boiler and explosive combustion. Ignition is gentle and gradual. The temperature in the burner, the feed pipe and the pressure in the combustion chamber are monitored, and the flame is controlled by a thermocouple in the furnace and a photocell.

Reliability

 The structure of the fireplace ensures long-term operation thanks to the use of high-quality heat-resistant sheet metal. The ECOFIRE PE+ pellet stove has an automatic ignition system with an extremely durable, overheating-resistant ceramic glow element.
