Economy
The ECOFIRE E1 pellet burner normally starts up at a low power level. Then it automatically switches to higher power when the heat demand increases. The ECOFIRE E1 pellet burner feeds in small pellet doses at short intervals to ensure a consistent flame and a very high level of efficiency.
Comfort
ECOFIRE E1 has a unique function that automatically senses if the heat requirement has increased. The ECOFIRE E1 pellet burner has the automatic ignition system including the ceramic heater and optical flame detector. The burner starts up quickly when heat is needed and it shuts off automatically when a building and water is heated. The ECOFIRE E1 pellet burner is equipped with the regulator and graphic display ensuring simple and comfortable operation. It controls the boiler operation, boiler or central heating circulation pump and a hot water heater or buffer tank loading. It can also be operated with a room thermostat. The burner operation and its use comfort can be compared with oil burner operation.
Ecology
The ECOFIRE E1 burner has been tested and approved by DBI Gastechnologisches Institute in Dresden, Germany and achieved excellent results. The burner installed in the boiler can achieve efficiency of over 94%.
Safety
Fast and economic ignition with the ceramic igniter eliminates the risk of flue gases collecting in the boiler and igniting with explosive force (a problem with some pellet burners). The flame builds up gently and in stages. Temperature in the burner and drop tube is checked and the flame is monitored by a photocell.
Reliability
The burner design ensures many years of operation owing to the use of high quality heat resistant chromium steel sheet. The ECOFIRE E1 burner is equipped with the automatic ignition system including the high-temperature resistant ceramic element that is covered by the warranty for 10 000 ignition cycles.
